Another casino is in liquidation in France
The Tribunal de Commerce of Nice delivered on Wednesday the liquidation of the casino in Beaulieu-sur-Mer (Partouche Group), which was declared to be insolvent in July and causing the loss of 40 jobs. "They (the management of the casino) had already started to close games yesterday (Tuesday) night and this morning they closed and empty slot machine before the court makes its decision. We don’t think that is nice to close before the decision but employees will continue to fight “for repair” said Gondran Benjamin, a staff representative of the casino.

In July, the Commercial Court had put the casino into receivership with an observation period until January. But no buyer was found. The Casino de Beaulieu on the seafront of the small town, not far from Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat called as well "the town of billionaires" didn’t make any benefits for a few years already and the group has to inject money to help the casino and the employees.
